Varanasi, June 20, 2026: Marking the 12th International Day of Yoga, the Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), a leading FMCG conglomerate and multi business corporation, organized a Yoga session at the historic Mahanirvani Ghat in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The event witnessed participation from local residents, tourists, pilgrims and yoga practitioners, reaffirming the growing importance of yoga as a pathway to holistic well-being.

During the activity, trained yoga instructors guided participants through a series of asanas, pranayama and meditation exercises. The celebration also featured an interactive discussion on the role of yoga in addressing meaningful lifestyle. Participants also engaged with yoga experts on topics such as stress management, flexibility, weight management, mental wellness and healthy ageing, making the session both informative and impactful.
