Qualifications:* B.Sc/M.Sc + B.Ed. * Knowledge of ICT. * Good Communication Skills & Fluency in English.
Core Purpose:To nurture curiosity about the natural world and develop foundational scientific inquiry skills through observation, experimentation and environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities: * Deliver a unified science curriculum that bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application across all branches of science. * Design inquiry-based lessons covering all the concepts of science. * Manage the Science Lab and ensure all safety protocols are followed. * Lead school-wide "Green Projects" (e.g., recycling, gardening or energy conservation) to build a socially responsible school brand. * Create visual aids and 3D models to explain the topics. * Identify and groom students for competitive exams and Science exhibitions to boost the school's academic prestige.
Subject Competencies:* Strong knowledge of her subject for primary grade levels. * Ability to integrate STEM/STEAM activities into the regular curriculum. * Proficiency in using digital microscopes or interactive simulation software.
