Qualifications: * Young & dynamic Graduate/Post- Graduate with a background in demonstrated abilities in Arts, Crafts, Music, Dance and Sports . * Knowledge of ICT. * Good Communication Skills & Fluency in English. * Proven experience in large-scale event coordination and team leadership is essential.
Core Purpose:* Brand Differentiation, Student Retention and Holistic Excellence. * To serve as the architect of the school’s non-academic curriculum, ensuring a vibrant campus life that fosters leadership, creativity and physical well-being.
Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Event Leadership: Plan and execute various events (Annual Day, Founders Day, Sports Meet etc.). * The "USP" Development: Identify and implement unique clubs and programs (e.g. Speech & Drama, Sustainability Initiatives) that differentiate our school from other schools. * Holistic Reporting: Develop a "Student Profile" system that tracks non-academic growth, providing parents with a comprehensive view of their child’s development.
