Job Description:

  • Manage overall plant security, access control and surveillance.
  • Supervise and deploy security guards across plant premises and shifts.
  • Monitor CCTV, gate operations, visitor/vehicle entry and material movement.
  • Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized access and security violations.
  • Coordinate with local police, fire department and other authorities when required.
  • Handle security incidents, emergencies, investigations and prepare incident reports.
  • Conduct regular security checks, mock drills and risk assessments.
  • Manage outsourced security agencies and ensure proper manpower deployment and discipline.
  • Coordinate with Plant Head, HR, Stores, Production and Administration for security-related matters.
