In wake of COVID, DSL partnered with Pradhan to launch a project on Revitalising the Rural Economy to create self-reliant systems of production, processing and marketing. Around 1000 households in 140 villages of the Bokaro & Hazaribagh districts of Jharkhand will benefit from the initiative. The project is on ensuring due benefits from Public systems, channelizing of public investments from MGNREGAS, promotion of Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), and supporting migrant workers for self-employment.
