To boost the local economy, DSL has partnered with Abhibyakti Media Communication, a local NGO, to establish various prototyping of livelihood opportunities in 10 villages of Nasik, Maharashtra.
The project aims to promote different livelihood options like Community Milk Diary, Seed Production and Bank, Horticulture, Honey Bee Keeping, Mahua Phenyl, Nagali Food Processing, etc. to the tribal communities so that the new avenues of livelihood may be explored.
More than 200 tribal women are associated with this.
