The Company has contributed towards the development works of Maa Kamakhya Temple to promote it as a heritage site. The "MAA KAMAKHYA TEMPLE", is considered one of the holiest shrines of the country. The temple is located in Guwahati in the state of Assam in the scenic beauty of the Nilachal hills. DS Group feels proud & privileged to have been given opportunity to do something in the service of Maa Kamakhya.

Following works have been undertaken by the company:
a. Construction of dome over Ganesh Mandir at the entrance of holy pond, consisting of dome area 250 sq. ft. with marble work and the architecture akin to existing main temple.
b. Construction of Sheetalamai Mandir, on left side of the main temple. |

c. Repair and reconstruction of wall around the holy pond.
d. Construction of brass railing on steps near the holy pond.
e. Filtration unit for continuous filtering of water of the holy pond.
f. Air circulators in the main temple area.
g. Construction work is in progress of a museum to provide a place for the preservation & safety of the precious stone statues of great historic significance that are lying scattered in the temple campus. |
